
Jann Pollard
Frequent trips to Europe enable Jann to capture the feeling and sense of the subjects she paints with a fresh and vibrant handling of the medium, light and texture are primary to her compositions.
Jann is a signature Member of the National Watercolor Society, California Watercolor Society and the Society of Western Artists and has become a popular teacher in her workshops. She was recently awarded the Outstanding Achievement award from the California Watercolor Association.
Her work was shown in a feature article in International Artist Magazine, Feb/Mar 1999 and Landscapes in Watercolor, Thames and Hudson, 2002.
Jann, with co-author, Jerry Little have written a book titled, Creative Computer Tools for Artists, Watson Guptill Publications. One of her paintings was accepted in Watercolor USA 2001 Exhibition and recieved a Patron Purchase Award.
Jann teaches watercolor workshops both abroad and in the US. Recently she has added computer workshops, teaching other artists how to utilize the computer in their painting designs.
Jann's paintings are represented through New Masters Gallery in Carmel, CA and The Gallery in Burlingame, CA Her works are in private and corporate collections internationally.

P.L.Hobbs
Born in Yorkshire, England in 1953, Phil Hobbs qualified as an Art Teacher in 1975 and later worked as a designer for the Lake District National Park before becoming a full time artist in 1979.
Now an internationally respected artist working largely in pure watercolour he has gained an enviable reputation for the amount of light, depth and reality he is able to incorporate into his work, examples of which can be found in many major collections. His work depicts the hidden as well as more obvious aspects of life in and around the countryside or the city, with the accent often on the play of light and the textural qualities of his subjects. This is equally apparent in work painted abroad notably in Spain , North Africa , Venice and Italy .
He exhibits regularly in the United States , The Mall Gallery Exhibitions in London and annually at The Summer Exhibition of The Lake Artists Society of which he is currently President.

Tom Wood
Over 25 years Tom Wood has built up an enviable reputation as an artist of great skill and originality. His paintings have been exhibited in galleries throughout the world.
Most recently celebrated portraits of Professor Lord Robert Windsor and Alan Bennet, were on display at the Australian National Portrait Gallery, Canberra. He has shown his work in solo exhibitions at various international locations.
Commissions include portraits for HRH Princess of Wales, Yale University and National Trust, The Universities of Warwick, Lancaster and Birmingham, The Harwood Trust and Barlaston Hall.
A versatile artist and experienced teacher, Tom is a fellow lecturer of Sheffield University and visiting Professor of Fine Art at Leeds University.

Jake Attree
Royal Academy trained artist Jake Attree has been painting and drawing professionally for the past 30 years. He works with a variety of materials but his principal medium is oil paint, and his work is based upon a close observation of the natural world.
Even when his work moves into apparent abstraction, the moves are made under the watchful gaze of patient and dedicated observation. Jake has 20 years of teaching experience, from foundation and degree courses in painting and drawing, through work as a guest artist in schools, and working in adult education with students of all ages and abilities.
