VILLA / APARTMENT RENTALS BOOKING INFORMATION

Rental Reservation Before a booking can be accepted we must receive a signed booking form and the relevant deposit per apartment. When a booking is made within 75 days of departure the full amount of the tour must be paid at the time of booking. On receipt of the necessary documentation we will advise you (normally within 10 days) that your booking has been accepted. The balance of the rental must be paid at least 75 days before departure date. If the balance is not paid in time we reserve the right to cancel your rental, retain your deposit, and apply cancellation charges as set out below.

CANCELLATION CHARGES If you cancel a booking this must be done in writing or by fax. Number of days prior to start of workshop:
More than 75 days: deposit only forfeit;
75 - 31 days, we will charge 30% of total rental price;
30 - 15 days: 50% of total rental price;
14 - 7 days: 75% of total rental price;
7 days or less: 100% of total rental price.
When booking is made within 75 days of departure the full amount of the rental must be paid at the time of booking.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE To allow for the cleaning and general maintenance to be done please note that guests should arrive between 16.00-19.00 on arrival day and check out before 10.00 on departure day.

SWIMMING POOL (dimension 13m x 5.5m, depth = min 1.10m – max 1.40m). The swimming pool is open from May to end October. Adults must supervise children at all times. In signing this contract you understand that use of the pool is at your own risk and that we shall not be held responsible if any injury occurs. No glasses or glass bottles are allowed in the pool area.

CODE OF CONDUCT During your stay, we rely on you to act sensibly and prudently at all times and to comply with local codes of conduct. You will indemnify us of all losses and/or damages arising from any act of misconduct on your part or any member of your party.

CANCELLATIONS or alteration by us Although cancellation by us is extremely unlikely, if we do find this necessary the client will receive prompt and full refund of all money paid to Tuscany in the Frame for the reservation.

PRICE POLICY Prices are in Euros and are correct at time of publishing. Tuscany in the Frame reserves the right to make price changes if necessary. Customers will be informed of any alteration to the published price at the time of booking. Anyone wishing to make payment in their own currency may do so, using the exchange rate at time of payment.

INSURANCE We strongly advise that all our clients take out adequate travel insurance.

DISPUTE POLICY Our contracts are governed by English law and in the unlikely event of a dispute arising that we cannot settle amicably we agree to refer the matter to arbitration under the terms of the arbitration act 1950.
