Cancellation or alternative by us

It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your holiday as described in the brochure as we carefully plan and organise our schedules. We do, however, reserve the right to alter an itinerary, for example, due to adverse weather, restoration work or similar conditions, or if we consider it necessary, or for any other reason and at any time. We also reserve the right under exceptional circumstances to replace a tutor or cancel a booking or a holiday if we consider it necessary, or if a minimum of 6 clients is not reached by 8 weeks before date of commencement of trip, or at any time and for any reason, although obviously we will endeavour not to do so. We will supply up-dated booking information on your chosen workshop and if the workshop cannot take place we will offer a replacement workshop or full refund. If we cancel a tip or booking the client will receive prompt and full refund of all monies paid for the holiday.

 Disputes

This contract is governed by English law in the unlikely event of a dispute arising that we cannot settle amicably we agree to refer the matter to arbitration under the terms of the Arbitration Act 1950.
