Booking Conditions

Cancellation

If you cancel a booking this must be done in writing or by fax.
Number of days prior to workshop:

More than 75 days: deposit forfeited
75 – 31 days: 30% of total holiday price
30 – 15 days: 50 % of total holiday price
14 – 7 days: 75% of the total holiday price
7days or less: 100% of the holiday price
When booking is made within 75 days of departure the full amount of the holiday must be paid at the time of booking.

Insurance

We strongly advise that all our clients take out adequate travel insurance to cover cancellation, illness and accident and we recommend insurance for the personal belongings for the duration of the holiday. Please note Tuscany in the Frame cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your luggage or personal property, nor for any other loss, damage, inconvience, delay, illness, fatal; or other injury, suffered by you as a result of making a reservation, or during your holiday.

Code of Conduct

When signing this form you agree to abide by the decision of your guide. If anyone commits a crime or behaves in such a way as to endanger the safety and welfare of the party we have the right to ask them to leave the holiday immediately and there will be no refund payable.

Swimming Pool

Some of our accommodations have swimming pools (please enquire). The us of the pools and of the Lake is at your own risk.
